Square Pie launches street food inspired Square Salads
The brand launched Square Salads in collaboration with their new chef partner ex-Hix and Scott’s Ronnie Murray.
Inspired by Square Pie’s beginnings as a market stall in Old Spitalfields Market, the new menu additions take influences from the East London Street Food scene, coming up with a range of personalised fresh salads, with hot toppings including hot grilled chicken and grilled halloumi on a variety of salad bases.
Founder Martin Dewey said, “We are now much more than just pies – it’s all about creating great modern British food. Our hot kitchens allow us to deliver salads differently and these great tasting salads with hot protein toppings won’t leave you hungry in two hours. The kind of great quality food that you’d expect from Square Pie.”
Options for the Square Salads include:
Headliners:
Warm grilled chicken
Chicken & bacon Caesar
Baked fish fingers
