Tonkotsu to launch a new site in Ealing

This is the ramen brand’s 11th outlet following the launch of their Stratfor International branch.

Tonkotsu will open a new 1,500 sq. ft. restaurant in 14 New Broadway, Dicken’s Yard, Ealing.

The announcement was made by Shelley Sandzer as they have secured the site for the Japanese chain.

“It’s an exciting time for our brand, and having previously worked with Shelley Sandzer on other locations, we felt safe in the knowledge that they will continue to find us appropriate locations. We look forward to sharing our love of real ramen with more customers across the capital,” Stephen Evans, managing director of Tonkotsu, said.
