The brand launched its brand new hot food menu, with four different bases and options of meaty pork feijoada, hot chilli con carne, Thai chicken curry, veggie saag paneer or Sri Lankan chicken.
Vital Ingredient also launched a new soup range with options to choose from skinny or hearty, with a rotating menu of fresh options.
The butternut, lentil and spinach now has 30% less fat, with new options for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan diets.
The brand also announced that it is now working with the charity Magic Breakfast, who provide breakfasts to 480 schools.
