Vital Ingredient unveils new menu offerings for 2016
The brand will be launching a new hot food menu on 13th January where customers can create customized hot and filling meals from five globally inspired options.
Vital Ingredient will allow its customers to pick their base, then just top with their street food of choice, such as chilli con carne or pork feijoada.
The brand is also revamping its soup range with new options every two weeks.
The new seasonal salad, the Detox Energy, is a healthy and filling combination of egg, spicy avocado, goji berries, mixed peppers, seeds, and cucumber topped with prawns or smoked tofu and olive oil and lemon dressing, for less than 500 calories.
Vital Ingredient also announced that since stores will close for Christmas on Wednesday 23rd, the brand will be running the FriYAY offer then as well. Customers can avail 50% off fresh items after 2.30pm, including all the house and create-your-own salads.
