Muffin Break's 'First of a Kind' Store

Its new store at Arnison Shopping Park, Durham is a ’first of its kind’.

Muffin Break has opened its first ever café-bakery based within a retail park, at Arnison Shopping Park, Durham.

The store will seat up to 80 customers and will have a rustic yet modern interior covering 1,500 square feet.

Traditionally, Muffin Break stores have been situated within shopping centres, with 53 café-bakeries spread across the UK.

However, in a move seen with other QSR's the chain has now branched out to 'non-traditional' sites.

Speaking of the opening, franchisee Rahim Hinkin said “There is a fantastic mix of "high street" retailers at the Arnison Shopping Park, and we are excited about our new venture in to retail parks. We are looking forward to providing Arnison shoppers something a little different for breakfast, lunch or snacking whilst shopping at the park. We hope our wide variety of quiches, sandwiches, cakes and of course the muffins we are famous for, will entice customers to visit us again and again”.
