Hospitality For All is an easy to use, applicant-first and refugee-focused recruitment website that employers in the hospitality industry can use to find employees. It provides a single form for all applications, so applicants do not have to fill out many different forms for each job opening. Through Hospitality For All, hiring teams can share with each other the applicant profile, which means they are able to respond faster to applicants' needs and offer them more opportunities while also increasing the likelihood of being successful. This helps cut down on redundancy and gives applicants the best chance at landing the job they are applying for.
"We've been completely bowled over by the support we've received. It's genuinely fantastic to see such a positive response for Hospitality For All, and we thank everyone who has shown interest and signed up so far,” said Head of People at Burger & Lobster, Alex Sheekey.
“It is said if you want to go far, go together, and that's what we're doing. There is tangible excitement this side for Hospitality For All, and we can't wait to see the platform launch next month and the impact it's hopefully going to make on so many lives," Sheekey further added.
