Slim Chickens brings US Southern hospitality to new Cambridge Circus location
It's the restaurant's second location with service robots for dining and click & collect
Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) has announced that Slim Chickens will be opening an iconic new site on Cambridge Circus in Seven Dials, London on 13th April. This will be the 18th Slim Chickens site in the UK and forms part of the group’s ambitious roll-out plans this year.
With 3,847 square feet of floor space, the new restaurant will offer 122 covers across two floors, with an open plan and modern scheme that reflects the brand’s DNA of Southern hospitality and music. The walls will be decorated with large, colorful artworks ranging from posters of Blues singers to a massive 3D guitar and bespoke LED lighting.
The new location is also Slim Chickens’ second to offer fully operational service robots, which will support the onsite team with table service and click and collect orders.

The new concept format and scale of the restaurant will be a great draw for visitors to the West End from daytime through to the evening. The launch also comes ahead of the Elizabeth Line opening this summer, just five minutes away from Cambridge Circus, which will welcome a new wave of visitors to the area and increased accessibility to Central London," Julia Wilkinson, restaurant director at Shaftesbury added.
Famous for its hand-breaded, buttermilk-marinated, cooked-to-order chicken tenders, the Fayetteville, Arkansas-based fastfood chain has over 150 locations in the United States.
