Ben & Jerry’s debuts first UK mall kiosk at Merry Hill

Ben & Jerry’s has opened its first mall kiosk in the UK at Merry Hill, marking a new retail format for the brand.

The 270 sq ft unit sits near the recently refurbished M&S, between Pandora and Beaverbrooks.

It is the company’s first kiosk-style presence in a UK shopping centre, having not previously operated in mid-mall locations.

The menu includes its standard range of ice cream flavours, along with cookie dough pieces, desserts, and milkshakes.

The launch adds to a wave of food and beverage openings at Merry Hill in 2025, with brands such as Burger & Sauce, Heavenly Desserts, and Toledo Lounge joining the centre’s leisure offering.

It also comes shortly after the shopping centre was acquired by real estate firm Redical last month.
