Club Pret debuts in France
Pret A Manger has also launched it in the UK and the US.
Pret A Manger loyalty programme Club Pret has debuted in France, following the successful launch of the revamped loyalty programme in the UK in April and the US in September.
Club Pret is an evolution of Pret’s award-winning Coffee Subscription and now includes a 20% discount on the entire menu, in addition to the five barista-made drinks per day already included in the subscription.
Since its launch, the €25 per month benefit, has not changed despite Pret Manger adding new benefits for loyalty customers.
"Our Coffee Subscription has been a huge hit with Pret fans in France and we’re delighted to now be introducing Club Pret, offering our most loyal customers more ways to save and enjoy everything our menu has to offer," said Stéphane Klein, Managing Director, Pret A Manger Europe.
Since the launch of the Pret Coffee Subscription in 2021, subscribers have typically saved up to €70 per month on barista-made drinks alone, with savings available for subscribers who redeem just two barista-made drinks per week. Pret has also set up the "Coffee Lover Calculator" to help customers understand the value of Club Pret by calculating their potential savings per week, per month and per year.
Club Pret has already had a significant impact on Pret’s recent growth and has proved popular in the UK and US so far, with UK redemptions already hitting over 29 million in nearly six months and transactions up 29% year-on-year. Pret plans to take the offer across all other global markets from 2024.
