Investment fund Salonica Maroon raises stake in Creams Cafe

Plans to ‘turbo charge’ the dessert brand’s growth in the UK are now being set.

Investment fund Salonica Maroon has raised its stake in Creams Cafe.

Salonica Maroon co-invested in the dessert brand alongside majority shareholder Pistachio Holdings back in 2020.

The investment firm said this just reaffirms its commitment to Creams’ growth.

Salonica Maroon is led by Omar Majid and Othman Shoukat. Shoukat served as Creams’ managing director for two years.
