Las Iguanas announces Bolton restaurant opening

It will have 183 inside seating and 66 outside seating.

Mexican and South American food restaurant Las Iguanas has announced the opening of a new restaurant in Bolton. 

The restaurant will open in Middlebrook, the one of UK’s biggest retail and leisure parks. It will take over the site which was formerly Chiquito. The restaurant will have 183 seating inside and 66 outside.

Guests will be able to enjoy Las Iguanas’ innovative take on the modern flavours of Mexico and food specialities from other South American countries as well as bottomless brunches, specialist cocktails and Mexican street food culture.

Las Iguanas is located in the shadow of Bolton FC’s iconic Toughsheet Community Stadium and the Bolton Spirit of Sport sculpture at the principal entrance to the retail and leisure park.
