The opening will collectively create 400 jobs
Wendy’s is ramping up its expansion in the UK, with nine restaurants slated to open this year.
New locations include a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Liverpool, a new spot in Middlesbrough, and a second high street location in Sheffield.
Meanwhile, Wendy’s franchisee GH Burger will open its first restaurant London's Wood Green later this year. Wendy's is also opening a restaurant in Southend-on-Sea and a second Colchester venue following a successful first year at the Northern Gateway Leisure Park on the A12.
