Frankie & Benny's celebrates new menu with meatball giveaway

Frankie & Benny’s gave away free meatballs to customers at IKEA to celebrate the launch of their new menu.
The Italian-American restaurant, which has over 230 locations nationwide, served the Meatballs Al Forno to furniture shoppers from 18 to 20 October.
Shoppers at IKEA had the chance to taste more meatballs when they showed their receipts to the nearest Frankie & Benny's, located next door.
The chain also had sampling teams in Croydon, Southampton, and Leeds during the said dates.
The Al Forno recipe features soft lemon and herb pork meatballs with tomato and chilli sauce, mozzarella and served with Ciabatta bread. The new Vegan Plantballs Italiano, meanwhile, are made with pulled oats, broad bean & pea, served in a spicy tomato sauce with a vegan mozzarella alternative.
