The chain will be giving away 30 £50 Noodle Notes to spend at the grand opening.
Tonkotsu announced it is opening a new restaurant in Kentish Town on 18 September.
The chain is expected to serve its usual homemade-noodle bowls of ramen, gyoza, katsu curries, and Eat the Bits chilli wings, alongside its selection of softs, craft beers, and Japanese whiskies and sake.
They will be giving away 30 £50 Noodle Notes to spend at the grand opening.
