GBK's east of England customers "most likely" to go veggie or vegan with burger choices
Customers from that area are also the least likely to order alcohol.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen's (GBK) customers from east of England are "most likely" most likely to go Veggie or Vegan with their burger choices.
Whilst beef burgers remain the most popular order at GBK’s East of England restaurants, making up half (50%) of all orders, it was in the East where the highest percentage of vegan and veggie burger orders were made - 8% of total orders.
East of England diners are also the UK’s biggest mayo lovers, with 17% of people in the region asking for an extra serving of the sauce with their burgers.
They are also the least likely to order an alcoholic beverage, with just 9% ordering an boozy drink with their meal.
The research was carried out among orders taken across GBK’s 92 UK restaurants between 16 July 2018 and 12 August 2018.
