Costa Coffee launches ‘Costa Collect' pre-order drinks service
The new feature will be rolled out to all UK stores by 2019.
Costa Coffee has launched a pre-order drinks service for their Coffee Club members dubbed as Costa Collect.
It is a new feature in their loyalty programme app that allows members to pre-order their drink before picking it up at a selected outlet. The service is initially being launched in all London stores.
They also mentioned that customers can order more than one drink at a time and records their previous orders.
“Our insights tell us that customers are demanding more and expect innovations which help enhance their day-to-day busy lives by making it easy and convenient to buy their favourite drink; our new Costa Collect service does exactly this,” Costa’s global digital & loyalty director Arslan Sharif said.
