Costa Coffee trials digital receipt platform Flux

The coffee chain’s central London stores are set to use the platform first.

Flux announced that it will be working with Costa Coffee platform to conduct an initial trial phase starting in the coffee chain’s central London stores.

Costa Coffee is the first international retailer to join the Flux platform, marking a groundbreaking deal for the technology startup.

The trial will begin with a first phase of cashback offers with Flux’s other digital bank partners and expand from there.

“We’re delighted to be working with Flux, an innovative supplier giving great value and solutions to customers,” Eric Tavoukdjian, Commercial Marketing Director for Costa Coffee UK and Ireland said.
