Lewis Hamilton-backed Neat Burger taps online safety management solution provider
The concept opened its first outlet last September.
Lewis Hamilton’s new international vegan burger restaurant has appointed safety management solution provider Food Alert.
The five-time Formula 1 World champion, in collaboration with The Cream Group and Beyond Meat investor Tommaso Chiabra, opened his first Neat Burger site on Princes Street in London last September.
Using Food Alert’s FACT software will give the venue “complete visibility” of performance across food hygiene and health and safety criteria. All Neat Burger’s policies and HACCP will be available as online tools via FACT, together with an eLearning package offering compliance-based courses for all staff.
“Given that we only have a small back office, we didn’t want a paper-based system, so the online solution from Food Alert was perfect, giving us access to all the training and processes we need to deliver our brand standards and comply with our legal obligations,” Neat Burger partner Stasi Nychas explained.
The company also expressed plans to open a further 14 franchised outlets internationally over the next two years.
