Qkr! with Masterpass will monitor your visit in Huts nationwide and offer guests a range of ‘money can’t buy prizes’.
To celebrate, the brand has commissioned a new research revealing what Brits would do if they were given an extra 12 minutes a day (which the brand claimed as the time saved if you use the Qkr! app).
The research uncovers that millennials are fast becoming the ‘quick-thinking generation’, to ensure any spare time is spent doing what they love, with friends and family. In fact, nearly a quarter (24%) state that they would use this time to get in touch and enjoy a glass of fizz with their friends.
In addition to this, if 8% of Brits had an additional 12 minutes a day, they would love to pick up a new lingo or visit new horizons with 5% wanting to book a new holiday.
Pizza Hut Restaurants head of communication Gareth Hopley said, “We are always looking to innovate and provide new services for our guests, so partnering with Mastercard to offer this new speedy and secure payment system was a no-brainer for us.
“We want to ensure our guests have the best experience whenever they choose to dine in our restaurants. Whether that’s enjoying a quick bite with friends over lunch or a longer, more relaxed dinner and drinks with family – it’s important to us that all time spent in our Huts is ‘quality’ time not ‘dead’ time. Rolling out Qkr! means we can give guests on the go control of their time - it puts them in charge of when they pay, how they pay, and even who pays for what!”
