Popeyes UK rolls out new kiosk software

Popeyes UK has introduced new self-service kiosk software across its restaurants, following trials in selected locations.
The updated system features redesigned order screens that match the look and layout of the Popeyes app and website, aiming to make in-store ordering faster and more consistent with online channels.
The company says the software shortens order times and helps highlight key menu items, including the Chicken Sandwich and newer additions like the Saucin’ Boneless range.
The kiosks also collect customer data to give the chain more insight into buying patterns.
The upgrade was rolled out in all company-owned restaurants last month, with franchise locations expected to adopt the system by the end of the year.
