Slim Chickens to open ninth UK site in Manchester's Trafford centre
This will be the chain’s third opening this year.
Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) announced it will open its ninth branch and largest Slim Chickens restaurant to date in Manchester’s Trafford Centre on 2 November.
Designed by Harrison, the 2527 sq. ft. site will accommodate around 135 covers and will be the first Slim Chickens restaurant to have a dedicated drinks bar. Interiors will be nod to the brand’s U.S. roots with “exposed brick and industrial beams evoking a sense of a true Southern eatery.”
The American fast casual chicken brand already has UK sites in Bluewater, Cardiff, Bristol, Southampton and Birmingham, with three in London.
The Manchester restaurant, the third Slim Chickens to open this year, will offer click-and-collect and delivery via Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. Diners will also be able to download the Slim Chickens app to take advantage of an opening offer of three free chicken tenders as well as ongoing rewards and privileges.
