PAUL launches grocery services
It also reopened four of its shops for takeaway and delivery.
PAUL has rolled out grocery services at its central bakery in Acton, London, delivering bread, pastries, alongside essentials such as milk, butter, and fresh fruit and vegetables.
The French artisan bakery chain said the ‘Grocery Market’ initiative has been put in place to support the widespread demand for key groceries, and to help alleviate the pressure on supermarkets.
The Grocery Market is open seven days a week from 8am – 2pm, with ‘Bread and Veg’, ‘Bread and More’ and ‘Family Top-up’ bundles available from £10 a box for same-day delivery via UberEats and Deliveroo, as well as online at their official website.
Delivery is available to qualifying postcodes within a 2 to 3-mile radius of the Market.
“The Grocery Market is an extension of our Bread Market which launched two weeks ago and gives customers the chance to pick up essentials in one trip / online order, without having to visit busy supermarkets,” PAUL UK CEO Mark Hilton said in a media release.
PAUL has also re-opened four of its shops in Wimbledon, Hampstead, Canary Wharf and Marble Arch for takeaway or delivery via Deliveroo and UberEats.
