Chopstix unveils new look for Peterborough restaurant
The new look features a ‘living wall’ and natural wood finishes.
Chopstix has opened its Peterborough location after it underwent a refurbishment after a £100k renovation, part of its plans to continue to invest in its estate, delivering a seven-figure capex programme to supplement Chopstix's expanding footprint.
Having reopened this month, the high street site on Long Causeway follows the redevelopment of several Chopstix equity stores in recent months including Oxford Street, Nottingham and Reading locations. All stores now boast brand-new state-of-the-art digital screens and refreshed bold and bright signature interiors that make Chopstix so unique, such as the brand’s iconic ‘living wall,’ natural wood finishes and its winking anime character.
“It is clear there is significant momentum behind the Chopstix brand in terms of site openings, however, it is also vital to us that all of our existing stores receive the investment needed to fully represent our identity, and facilitate the strongest possible revenue growth at an individual site level,” Rob Burns, Chopstix Marketing Director said.
Over the next year, 12 further sites are planned to be redeveloped.
The Chopstix Group consists of over 100 Chopstix sites, in addition to 10 sites operating as Yangtze, and 27 sites under the Chozen Noodle brand, which the group acquired earlier this year.
