Brindisa Kitchens to open tapas restaurant in October
It will have a ‘Bodega Room' for private bookings, which will offer curated Spanish cheeses, Ibérico hams and wines.
Spanish restaurant group Brindisa Kitchens announced it will open a tapas restaurant in Richmond later this year.
Opening in October, Tapas Brindisa Richmond will overlook the River Thames and will have 150 indoor covers, 60 on a terrace and a further 20 in a ‘Bodega Room' for private bookings, which will offer curated Spanish cheeses, Ibérico hams and wines.
The restaurant, open from 9am-11pm, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer classic Brindisa dishes, an extended bar menu and ‘Spanish-style Sunday feasting'.
Brindisa Kitchen also operates restaurants in London Bridge, South Kensington, Soho, Shoreditch and at the Battersea Power Station development.
