Coco di Mama to open new store in 55 Bishopsgate
This is the brand’s 22nd overall store.
Italian to-go brand Coco di Mama is opening its newest store at 55 Bishopsgate.
Its store design features Milan-inspired modern interiors and a hand-painted art wall by a local London artist. The new site was chosen due to its high footfall of office workers and is geared for informal business meetings and flexible working with free charging points and Wi-Fi.
The brand, which is a part of the Azzurri group, expressed plans to expand over the next 12 months, including another new site opening in Southbank in July.
“We’re confident the local Bishopsgate workers and community will love our unique offering of made-to-order pasta which they can customise and takeaway in less than five minutes, as well as a broad range of Italian-inspired breakfast, salads, sandwiches and handcrafted Allpress specialty coffee,” Coco di Mama head of marketing Sara McCraight said.
