DOUGH&co to open third UK site

The chain’s Bishop’s Stortford outlet is slated to open its doors on 14 September.

DOUGH&co is set to open its third UK site next month, occupying a long-vacant premises in Bishop’s Stortford.

The Bishop’s Stortford Independent reports that the woodfired pizza chain hopes to open by 14 September 14 in a former McDonald's unit, which has been vacant for a decade, on the corner of the Anchor Street leisure centre.

DOUGH&co was founded by 27-year-old Christopher Sharman, who worked as a fine-dining chef with Marco Pierre White. Sharman is reportedly eyeing to open 50 Dough&co Woodfired Pizza outlets over the next five years.
