El Mexicana secures seven-figure funding, eyes five additional stores

They will start with a new site in Doncaster.

Burrito bar business El Mexicana has secured a seven-figure funding deal from alternative lender ThinCats, BDaily has reported.

The chain, established in 2011, looks to expand its network of eateries to 22, starting with a new site in Doncaster.

El Mexicana already has 17 sites across the UK.
