Pastaio, Good Birds from Flank to join Market Hall West End in November

Market Halls launched two major sites last year.

Pastaio and Good Birds from Flank are set to open in the new Market Hall in West End next month.

Pastaio at Market Hall will offer a menu combining dishes from the original Pastaio on Ganton St such as slow cooked sausage sauce with malloreddus and new dishes exclusive to Market Hall West End, such as black and white spaghetti with chilli, rocket and crab.

The new site intends to reflect Pastaio’s signature bright and colourful aesthetic, with a “LOVE PASTA” neon set against a mural by London-based artist Supermundane AKA Rob Lowe.

Good Birds From Flank, meanwhile, will have a menu focused solely on chicken and poultry that will reflect its founder’s “nose-to-tail ethos”. Dishes include peanut butter chicken wings dressed in Dutch-style spicy peanut sauce and Asian fried chicken thighs with smoked chilli sambal and garlic mayo and slow smoked pulled chicken naan.
