Pho launches bottomless brunch service
The offer is exclusively available in their St Paul’s branch.
Vietnamese street food concept Pho has launched its first ever bottomless brunch.
Available exclusively at Pho St Paul's, the service offers Vietnamese-inspired twists on classic brunch dishes, including crispy Pandan waffles with berries and starfruit, and a punchy Vietnamese omelette with Sriracha ketchup, Asian herbs and avocado.
Dishes will be served with unlimited refills of Ca Phe Martinis, Sriracha Bloody Marys, prosecco or beer for £25, or alcohol-free refreshing juices or coffee for £13.
“In Vietnam, phở is most often eaten early in the morning, so it makes sense for us to try out a weekend brunch, and we’ve developed a load of completely new dishes which we’re really excited about too! It’s the perfect hangover cure – a few spicy bloody Marys and a big bowl of steaming noodle soup or hearty rice topped with melt in the mouth protein and crunchy veg,” Pho co-founder Juliette Wall said in a media release.
The family-run group now has 28 restaurants across the UK, including 15 in London.
