Pho to open Lincoln store on August 16
The Lincoln location is also Pho’s first new restaurant since the pandemic began.
Vietnamese street food chain Pho confirmed it will officially open its Lincoln store on 16 August.
A four-day soft launch, now fully booked, will take place between August 12 to 15.
The Lincoln location is also Pho’s first new restaurant since the pandemic began, and will create around 20 new jobs.
The chain, run by founders Stephen and Juliette Wall, serves wok-fried noodles, curries, spicy salads, fresh juices, and a selection of Vietnamese beers, cocktails and hand-picked wines.
