Pho to open Lincoln store this summer

This is the chain’s first restaurant opening since the pandemic started.

Pho said it is bringing its Vietnamese dishes to The Cornhill Quarter in Lincoln this summer.

The UK-wide group, run by founders Stephen and Jules Wall, will open its first restaurant since the pandemic started in August.

“We can’t wait to open our doors in Lincoln – at a time when we hope life will really be returning to normal and everyone can enjoy the buzz of hospitality,” Pho marketing director Libby Andrews said.

"The Cornhill Quarter is a vibrant and exciting destination – it’s perfect for us and we hope the people of Lincoln will agree!”
