Thai fast casual chain Pitaya set to make London debut

Dishes featured were made by a MasterChef France finalist.

Thai fast casual chain Pitaya has confirmed it is launching its debut UK store in London this coming March.

The franchised store at The Strand in Covent Garden will serve street food dishes crafted by Masterchef France finalist Nathalie Nguyen.

The fast casual chain currently operates 56 stores across France and Spain, with plans to open at least 35 new outlets in former this year.
