Vapiano's Tower Bridge restaurant to open on October 26
The new restaurant is the first in a trio of new openings confirmed by the group.
Vapiano has confirmed its new Tower Bridge restaurant will open on 26 October at the new One Tower Bridge development site.
Featuring 361 covers and split over two floors, Vapiano Tower Bridge is expected feature a stand-alone bar with Moretti and offers views of the Thames, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Some 100-year-old olive trees will be featured, with live herb pots on every table for customers who want to freshly season their meals to taste.
Further Vapiano sites confirmed by the brand will be located in Tottenham Court Road (within the new Centre Point development) and Canary Wharf in early 2019.
Vapiano says they are serving more than 35,000 customers each week across its London sites.
