Zia Lucia to launch 4th pizza concept

The London-based pizzeria will introduce a special pizza dough for the new store.

London-based Zia Lucia is slated to open its fourth pizzeria in London.

The 60-seater restaurant in Aldgate East features a hand-crafted pizza oven from Italy, as well as wrap-around windows, timber flooring and a rustic wooden pizza bar.

Known for its 48-hour slow-fermented doughs, the Italian-inspired pizza concept will introduce a special pizza dough for the new store, besides its usual offerings like Arianna and Andrea Pirlo pizzas.
