House of Fraser taps CDG Leisure to lead new luxury lifestyle stores' food and beverage strategy
Multiple FRASERS stores are expected to open across the UK over the next five years.
CDG Leisure has been appointed to oversee and develop the food and beverage strategy for FRASERS, a new breed of luxury lifestyle stores unveiled by House of Fraser earlier this year, the leisure company announced.
Multiple FRASERS stores are expected to open across the UK over the next five years, with each store becoming home to an “edited localised selection of the most aspirational brands” across the group, which also includes luxury retailer Flannels.
“We look forward to providing vibrant opportunities for operators to take space on turnover related agreements, alongside the sizable investment being made into the FRASERS brand in the coming years,” CDG Leisure chairman David Abramson said.
“CDG Leisure is seeking to secure food and beverage operators for prime spaces in FRASERS under turnover based agreements, avoiding fixed rents and rates which have been so problematic for eating out operators on the high street. By avoiding fixed property costs, which have become problematic for many high street operators, they can focus on bringing elevated quality and value to the consumer.”
