Pure to open 22nd overall store at Gatwick's North Terminal

This is the food-to-go group’s first airport outlet.

Pure announced that it is opening its first airport site at Gatwick’s North Terminal on 13 March.

The upcoming opening is the 22nd overall site for the healthy food-to-go group and the fifth in a major transport hub with existing Network Rail sites in Waterloo, Victoria, London Bridge and Liverpool Street Stations.

Options for passengers include toasties, Super Eggs and birchers with whole grain baguettes, wraps and salads served all-day alongside organic or vegan milk coffee, and a snack range.

Pure said it aims to deliver food-to-go to airport visitors in under a minute.

“The menu has been carefully designed to offer easy-to-eat, portable food that’s also ideal for eating on-board,” the chain said in a media release.
