Fireaway Pizza to launch first dine-in restaurant in Thornton Heath
Its Brigstock Road restaurant will be the brand's third overall store in the area.
"We opened the first one in Sutton 23 months ago and have since opened one in Streatham, but this will be our first one with seating as the other two are mainly takeaway/delivery," he said.
"In a nutshell, we use an old Italian pizza recipe from my grandmother's hometown in Naples and brought it over to be used in a subway style layout where people can design their own pizza from 25 toppings, four bases, and four cheeses," Aleppo added.
The restaurant, to launch at the Brigstock Cafe, has also submitted a licensing application to Croydon Council to sell alcohol until 11pm each night.
With two further stores in South London, Aleppo said they hoped to open in three weeks time.
