
The Vurger Co launches pop-up in Spitafields Market
The pop up will be serving vurgers, chips and shakes including The Vurger Co’s Auburger.
The Vurger Co team, including founders Rachel Hugh and Neil Potts, will be serving the company’s full plant-based menu between 10am and 7pm, from Monday to Friday. The pop up will be serving vurgers, chips and shakes including The Vurger Co’s Auburger, made from aubergines, chickpeas, red onion and vegan cheese.
The stall will also be serving Canyon Coffee’s drinks, using coffee beans roasted at the brand’s home in LA.
