Salt ‘n’ Sauce is an elevated and dynamic reinvention of the iconic British chippy.
The menu at Salt ’n’ Sauce will include Bonnie Gull’s version of Fish & Chips–North Sea haddock coated in tempura batter, served with cooked beef dripping chunky chips. They also have a vegan gluten free option and other re-worked chippy highlights include: Salt ’n’ Peppa Squid Burger.
Bonnie Gull & Salt ‘n’ Sauce founder Alex Hunter said, “We’re excited to be opening the first permanent Salt ‘n’ Sauce in Oxford after our successful summer pop-up in West London. The Westgate Social is the perfect environment to launch our new brand and will suit all diners from students to tourists to local shoppers.
