Carluccio's eyes expansion into airports, travel hubs
The Italian restaurant chain also seeks to expand in Ireland.
Carluccio’s has identified potential franchise partners to realise its expansion plans.
The Italian restaurant chain, which currently operates two sites in Dublin, also plans to add 10 more stores across cities in the Republic of Ireland, including Cork and Limerick.
The chain said the new sites would take the new “Fresca format,” which it had earlier rolled out in May to its UK restaurants, as well as updated interiors and new menu, as seen in its Richmond, Canary Wharf and Bluewater Shopping Centre stores.
Carluccio’s is currently in 75 locations across the UK and Ireland.
