Chick-fil-A shuts remaining UK outlet

A spokesperson said it is part of their “plan for a temporary pilot licensed location”.

Chick-fil-A announced that it’s Scotland hotel store has closed its doors.

The US-based chain first opened its Macdonald Aviemore Resort outlet in October amidst backlash from protesters.

A spokesperson for the chain told QSR Media that the store closure was in part of their “plan for a temporary pilot licensed location.”

Also launched in October, Chick-fil-A’s debut UK store in Reading had earlier closed in the same month after attracting criticism from the LGBTQ+ community.
