Chopstix opens second restaurant with Butlin’s
This is the fifth opening for the brand this year.
Fast food brand Chopstix has opened its second site with Butlin’s with the launch at Butlin’s Minehead in time for the February half term.
The Chopstix site forms part of a broader £1.2minvestment from Butlin’s to improve the food offer in the Boardwalk area of the resort. The Minehead launch follows a highly successful opening at Butlin’s Bognor Regis last summer, which has prompted the holiday operator to explore a future roll-out at its Skegness resort as well.
Butlin's is a chain of large seaside resorts in the UK.
Management of the restaurant will be overseen by Butlin’s. All team members, including ten brand new hires, will undergo a full Chopstix induction.
“We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with such an iconic resort operator in Butlin’s. The first six months of trading at Bognor Regis has shown how well Chopstix works with Butlin’s and its guests, so I have no doubt the Minehead location will deliver the same, fantastic returns,” Sam Elia Co-Founder of Chopstix, said.
The new restaurant opening marks the fifth one this year for Chopstix.
