Chopstix opens two new restaurants with Haven
Chopstix aims to reach 300 sites by 2027.
Chopstix will open two new modular sites with holiday park operator Haven.
The two new holiday park units at Devon Cliffs, Exmouth, and Hafan y Môr, Gwynedd, follow the highly successful launch of the Thornwick Bay site earlier this year, where it opened a sit-in restaurant – a first with the holiday park operator. The new restaurants at Devon Cliffs, and Hafan y Môr bring the total number of Chopstix sites with Haven up to six, with modular Chopstix units at Presthaven, Haggerston Castle, and Craig Tara.
Full management of Devon Cliffs and Hafan y Môr will be overseen by the holiday park operator, with all team members undergoing a full Chopstix induction, to be truly embedded in the ethos of the brand. Haven guests will be able to enjoy Chopstix favourites, including Teriyaki Beef and Caramel Drizzle Chicken, as well as sides ranging from Spring Rolls to Chicken Balls, Prawn Crackers, and Salt ‘n’ Pepper Potatoes.
Expansion through franchise sites has been decisive in driving the brand’s growth trajectory, having secured multiple high-profile franchise agreements with established food and beverage operators over the past three years. Already the largest Pan-Asian-inspired QSR brand in the UK, the company has set its sights on becoming the largest Pan-Asian-inspired QSR on the continent, with expansion expected to ramp up exponentially, with the long-term ambition of the founders, Sam Elia and Menashe Sadik, to reach 300 sites by 2027.
“We’re thrilled to be opening our fifth and sixth restaurants with Haven. The four existing sites in the Haven portfolio have all delivered excellent returns, so I have no doubt the franchisee will have great success with these new modular units at Devon Cliffs and Hafan y Môr,” Sam Elia, co-founder and director at Chopstix, said.
