Emilia’s Crafted Pasta to open new site on Tottenham Court Road
The restaurant will seat 55 diners indoors, with 25 additional seats on a covered terrace.
Emilia’s Crafted Pasta is set to open a sixth restaurant on Tottenham Court Road in late summer or early autumn 2026, expanding further into central London’s West End.
The new site will be located on the piazza at Central St Giles, the mixed-use development designed by Renzo Piano and completed in 2010.
The restaurant’s design will continue the chain’s established look, with wood finishes, terracotta tones, and stained-glass details referencing traditional Italian trattorias.
The site will also feature commissioned pasta-themed artwork throughout the space.
The Tottenham Court Road restaurant will seat about 55 diners indoors, with a further 25 covers on a covered outdoor terrace facing the piazza.
Like the group’s other locations, the restaurant will include an open kitchen with counter seating and a visible pasta-making station.
A bar modelled on traditional Italian trattorias will sit at the front of the restaurant.
The menu will include Emilia’s existing pasta dishes alongside location-specific seasonal specials.
Signature dishes expected to feature include the four-hour slow-cooked Pappardelle Béchamel Bolognese and Casarecce with basil pesto inspired by Genoese recipes.
Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available.
A soft launch date has not yet been announced.
The opening follows the rollout of Emilia’s retail pasta products in late 2024 and the launch of its first two-floor restaurant in Victoria in August 2025.
