Four Slim Chickens restaurants to open on July 4

This will bring the fast casual brand’s UK portfolio up to 26 sites.

Four Slim Chickens restaurants will open simultaneously on July 4, American Independence Day, according to operator Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG).

The restaurants are located in Leicester, Liverpool, Milton Keynes and London’s Bishopsgate, bringing the fast casual brand’s UK portfolio up to 26 sites. All will occupy over 2,500 sq. ft locations, with new interior schemes referencing the brand’s US roots with exposed brick, industrial beams and the brand’s signature red colourway.

The move follows recent openings in Brighton, Bristol and London’s Cambridge Circus. A pipeline of openings, with non-traditional concepts including drive-through locations, are planned for later in the year.
