Largest, second Pelicana opens in UK: CBRE

The corndog restaurant will open in Angel Central's ground level.

CBRE Investment Management announced that the second and biggest Pelicana, a South Korean Fried Chicken restaurant, will open in Angel Central, Islington in the UK.

Pelicana will occupy a 2,172 square feet unit above Monsoon at the Angel Central. It has takeaway and indoor dining services from a range of traditional Korean food including vegetarian and vegan choices.

Apart from Pelicana, Myungrang Hotdog debuted in the UK and it will take up space at Angel Central’s ground level. 

With takeaway and dine-in options, customers of Myungrang Hotdog can have a taste of Korea’s famous corn dogs such as whole mozza hotdog and potato hotdog.

“The launch of these exciting new brands, Pelicana and Myungrang Hotdog, adds variety and increases the appeal to our dining offer at Angel Central. These unique concepts offer new tastes, flavours and cultures, and we are looking forward to both restaurants becoming firm favourites as part of the culinary line-up at Angel Central,”  Ciara Daffy, asset manager at CBRE Investment Management, said at the announcement.
