Bakery and restaurant chain Le Pain Quotidien will expand its presence in the UK using a new franchising model.
Currently operating 220 stores in 15 countries, Le Pain Quotidien has partnered with franchise consultancy firm Platinum Wave to develop a network of single and multi-unit franchisees.
The bakery chain said it plans to target ‘cathedral and large university cities’ for the initial expansion.
Le Pain Quotidien has 10 restaurants in the UK.
