Papa John’s opens first store in Bridgend

The chain now has over 500 UK stores.

Papa John’s has opened its first store in Bridgend near Cardiff, located on Tremains Road.

Multi-unit franchisee Clif Roberson, who first joined Papa John’s in 2016, runs the store with 20 team members.

Clif Roberson confirms: “This is the first time Papa John’s has launched in Bridgend and it’s an exciting time.   It’s great that we can offer new jobs at every level and now move forward with growing the business after the challenges of the restrictions over the past 18 months.

“Bridgend is a fantastic town which has been on our radar for some time.  It’s simply been a case of finding the perfect location. The brand-new store is now open on Tremains Road, which is on the edge of the town centre and on a busy retail area meaning there is plenty of parking and its convenient for both take outs and deliveries alike,” Roberson said.

Roberson now runs eight franchised Papa John’s in the region with the support of 150 team members.
