Papa John’s opens first restaurant in Perth, Scotland

The pizza franchise already has over 500 stores in the UK.

Papa John’s announced it opened its first restaurant in Perth, Scotland.

Based on Scott Street, the new store will be run by multi-unit franchisee Nazim Vadiwala, who has recruited 20 new local staff.

“We are looking forward to working with Nazim on developing future opportunities and realising our aligned goal of driving the Papa John’s brand to make it accessible to even more customers across the UK,” Papa John’s UK business development director Amit Pancholi said in a statement.

Papa John’s already has over 500 stores in the UK, following increased demand for delivery during the height of lockdowns.
