Patty & Bun to open first restaurant outside of London
The debut regional restaurant is located at 56 Ship Street in Brighton.
Shelley Sandzer secured a prime corner unit situated within South Lanes, covering approximately 1,500 square feet across basement, ground and first floors with space for 50 covers in total. The new regional restaurant will serve the brand’s burger menu.
Patty & Bun founder Joe Grossman said, “We are really excited to kick off 2018 with the opening of our first restaurant outside of London. Our strong relationship with Shelley Sandzer has played a crucial role in Patty & Bun’s UK growth. Their knowledge and reliable and personal approach has made this process very easy and we are looking forward to working with Shelley Sandzer again as part of our regional growth in the UK.”
